The purchase details were explained fully and the car was delivered when it was said it was going to be delivered. The only issue we had was over the installation of the Pod point home charger which was part of the deal offered with the car purchase.

Car was cleaned and the mot was completed efficiently . But the wax spray went on the windscreen which smeared in the rain, and caused difficulty seeing at night with the glare of in coming headlights.

Car went in for a small warranty issue and an oil change. When i got phone call that the car was ready to pick up the oil change hadn't been done. Very annoying!

Whilst the service advisor was very good, it did take longer than hoped for the issue to be resolved after the initial explanation of the issue. Upon collecting the car it also had a mark on the rear bumper. Minor but it impacts rating.

I really find the set up of service desks at Group 1 quite unwelcoming. The adviser is behind a desk with 2 computer screens in the way of any interpersonal interactions. It really is quite off putting. I don't like it.

I made it clear when booking that a particular service item needed to be performed. I made it clear in the online check in. I made it clear on arrival. Still it wasnt done. I queried it and complained. Unsatisfactory answer and explanation given.

Love the fact that you are sent a video so you can see the work that has been done. When you pick your car up it is all washed and polished. Perfect.

As above - the service was done well, on time. The issue was not even the cost so much as not having anyone explain the difference with the quote. We saw 2 different members of the team when we arrived and when we left so there is a disconnect here.

Car in for service & needed two tyres: only had one so would be an extra day. I received a call same day to say they'd been able to do both, reduce price to match supplier I'd found & car was ready so exceeded my expectations.

Great service and polite staff. Only thing to get 5 stars would be improve the wash. I know it's free but the car came out all smeared like the car had been washed with dirty water or cloths. Very minor. Overall really good

The company I work for (chauffeur service Chichester limited ) are suposwd to have a 20% discount on parts and labour. I did mention this on check in, thought it had been done it wa not. Hopefully rectifies at next service.

I can only give 4 stars as after the service the car broke down on the way home as a result of the part not being fitted properly however the team worked hard to resolve the issue with a loan car immediately and a goodwill gesture offered

The car was in at 8am. I should have been given a choice to stay behind with a time estimate. I took a train back home and very near to the end of my journey, I was told the car was ready! I had to take the next train back. A waste of a journey

Service reception were excellent but the complimentary car clean was very poor. Lots of smudges on windows. Many water spots externally because the wash was allowed to dry in sunlight. Minimal vacuum to front wells only.

For a car service the whole experience is as good as it gets. You are looked after while the car is being serviced. I was able to find a quiet booth to work during this time, you are offered coffee, kept updated and not forgotten. Excellent!
