The car was in at 8am. I should have been given a choice to stay behind with a time estimate. I took a train back home and very near to the end of my journey, I was told the car was ready! I had to take the next train back. A waste of a journey

Jemma was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She completely guided me through the whole process with ease and went through everything at handover and answered any questions I had.
