We collected the car in person. Once again Stuart Adsett and Jemma were so friendly and helpful. Amanda the receptionist is also so friendly.

Collection was quick and seamless with the 5 day insurance. Phil provided a thorough demonstration of the vehicle. There was a scuff on the inside pax door which was dealt with the next day when I went back in and the staff were very quick to resolve

Our sales rep, Jemma, was very approachable and demonstrated good knowledge of the products and systems used in the dealership. Options were fully explained when requested to distinguish between those which were really necessary or luxury.

No issues with the work, but prices for the parts I needed (tyres) were 50% higher than an equivalent item rom another garage. This meant I couldn't get all the work done in one visit.

My results from my health check differed from last year. You suggested that my break pads had improved and my tire no longer had a hole in. Inconsistent which is worrying for safety.

I was left to drive home 20 miles on what MOT Advisories stated were two tyres with nails in them. The MOT was issued just 55 minutes after I had received a 100% "All OK" healthcheck video. I was not informed of punctures prior to paying the bill.
