Work was fine just took a bit too long. I saw that my car wasn't touched for at least half an hour after I delivered it into the Wiele you wait area.

Issue resolved within quoted time. Was a nice bonus being given a goodwill voucher as well. Will be booking the car in for its full service with the branch as a result of that.
